Very professional.
My review is partially based on this company and partially based on the bank that they have decided to use for their transactions. The closing paper work process and signing went smooth but that's where the smoothness ended. I was given the choice between a bank wire and a guaranteed check. I was made to believe this was a cashiers check. I even said ok I'll take the cashiers check because I knew a cashiers check would only take a couple days to clear and I was unfamiliar with bank wires. Looks like most of these reviews are from Real Estate agents who really have no clue what it takes to get a loan to the finish line. I'm not sure if it is inexperience, new people or basic incompetence, but compared to other title companies they just come up short.
