Bend, Oregon is a small mountain town with outdoor enthusiasts, daredevils, and a love for fitness. Over the years, I've discovered how to take those things and create a facility to teach the basics of Parkour, in a safe and fun environment. Great place for birthday parties, the trainer just took over and I was able to hang out with parents and relax on the couch.

We held my son's 12th birthday at Abstract in Motion and it was the best (and easiest for me!) birthday party to date. Eric did a fantastic job of taking care of absolutely everything. I highly recommend this location for your kids' birthday celebration. You have the space to yourself and plenty of activities are planned to keep everyone entertained. We just had my daughter’s 10 year old birthday at Abstract in Motion this past weekend and it was amazing!!! Eric was soo engaging and the kids had a blast with him. He had the timing of the party planned out when I got there and the party flowed seamlessly. I’ve had a number of kids and other parents tell me that this was the best party they have been to! Even us parents are talking about doing an adult party too because it just looks so much fun!
