Have had our paperwork for months, called and asked for reason why it was taking so long, said she would call me back, didn't. Would not use them again!!!!
Used them in 2015. A COMPLETE train wreck. The lady was rude, uncooperative and made even simple things difficult. It by far was the worst experience I've ever had. RUN!!!
