I would rate this company 0 stars if I could, but I’ll settle for this 1, which is a bit too generous. Samantha was the most uncommunicative person I’ve ever encountered. She never provided a straightforward answer. Instead, she would say, “I have so many homes I’m closing on, and I promise I’ll get to your closing as soon as possible.” This was all a lie. Samantha is an amazing person to work with, I have worked with her several times throughout the year on various transactions and she is nothing short of awesome! She doesn't have a problem picking up the phone to call and talk through matters and offer solutions to end with let me know how I can help. I can see why so many buyers choose her to close their transactions
This office provided by far the worst closing experiences I have ever had with any attorney’s office. Samantha’s lack of professionalism and communication throughout the closing process not only prolonged the closing date, it also nearly tanked the deal.
