I have been going to Dr Kim for a few years now, I have never been so pleased with a doctor as I am with her. The staff is so friendly and courteous. Always, always helpful. Quick responses to my emails and or phone calls. Follow up is extraordinary! Thank you to Dr Kim and Staff!
My husband and I are so grateful to have found Lacey Family Clinic and, especially, provider Nayeon Kim. She is truly amazing and takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure we feel heard and cared for. Provider Kim goes above and beyond for her patients. Can't even get anyone to answer the phone, regardless of what option you pick it just rings until voicemail. Where is everyone? Can't speak to the clinic itself yet but this isn't promising...
1 STAR — BEWARE IF YOU HAVE MEDICAID I would give zero stars if I could. My husband is an Apple Health/Medicaid patient and has been charged NO-SHOW FEES multiple times by this provider. He paid those fees because he was told he owed them. Now, after collecting those fees, the provider is refusing to schedule him for another appointment because of his history of missed appointments.
