First of all I really don’t recommend this clinic. The provider doesn’t pay attention to your medical concerns. She seems to be clicking a lot of things on her laptop and doesn’t pay attention to a single word you’re saying. She is not professional at all. Then a person knocked on the door saying can I talk to you for 5 seconds. Then the provider didn’t even excuse herself and just stood up went outside. This clinic is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. They stopped accepting my insurance but failed to notify me, even after sending a reminder for my appointment the day before. Instead, I showed up only to be told I would need to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket. To make matters worse, the staff member I dealt with was dismissive, unapologetic, and made it clear they did not care about the inconvenience they caused. Military Retirees, dependants, and federal civilian employees beware. Do not attend this clinic. While the staff are all friendly (front desk, nursing and Paul). Provider Nayeon Kim lacks the capacity for empathy and compassion. Im not sure if during my appointments she was suffering from compassion fatigue, burnout, past trauma, bad training or simply having a bad day, whatever the issue she always presented negatively during my appointments. Great service really takes excellent care of us.
Absolutely the best PCP I’ve ever had. She actually listens and looks at you as a comprehensive human being not just the specific issue. Trying to find a root of the problem, making suggestions and doing referrals to things outside her scope.
