Communication skills are quite poor. Also, the guy does not understand basic road rules like playground zone speed limits and STOP signs.. Would not support this company for their disregard of safety.
Although they do great work I cannot recommend nor endorse this company. Communication and trying to get them to commit to the job was very trying, sporadic and frustrating. For example; the last job was completed December 20th /24, on this date I paid the full amount in cash. Today I received 2 emails and my wife received an email stating that on Jan. 19th/25 we had an outstanding bill?! Not the way to run a business as customers were taken for granted.
Professional & reliable service. Offered warranty on the installed part as well. Easy to book with them. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work.
Explained things well to a person who has no understanding of plumbing. I would have them again if further work is required.
