Marc, the owner of this business, saved our butts twice already. First when we were newcomers to PG, and got stuck in the mud on a remote FSR far from everything.. He drove by and stopped to pull us out. And second time when our whole drain system got clogged and needed to be replaced, because it was so outdated. He came out the same day and the next day he already got it fixed. We are forever grateful!
Although they do great work I cannot recommend nor endorse this company. Communication and trying to get them to commit to the job was very trying, sporadic and frustrating. For example; the last job was completed December 20th /24, on this date I paid the full amount in cash. Today I received 2 emails and my wife received an email stating that on Jan. 19th/25 we had an outstanding bill?! Not the way to run a business as customers were taken for granted. Communication skills are quite poor. Also, the guy does not understand basic road rules like playground zone speed limits and STOP signs.. Would not support this company for their disregard of safety.
