We have had Absopure delivered to our office for years. Our Driver ,Wayne Earls, is always pleasant and professional. We often save our reviews for when we have a complaint to air. This is not the case today. I just wanted to let you know that Wayne represents you and your company in a very positive way.
Doubling down on my 1 star review, I have left over water jugs that they completely refuse to take back and have my deposit back.
I’ve had Absopure delivered to my home for years. I enjoy the water. My delivery person Wayne is amazing. So kind, considerate, consistent and helpful. He always puts my water in an appropriate place so they don’t have to be carried too far into the house and gets all the empty bottles. I can tell when I have a different delivery person, glad that’s not often. One’s point of contact is what you base a company on. Wayne is a great example of a person who does their job right.
