Don't trust this company. The kept our bill going since we canceled it. They can't do anything right. Now the new company who owns them here is charging me because of Absopure's inability to do. Now I have a collection agency after me for something I never bought. Looks like I need to talk to my bank again. They failed to cancel my subscription and sent it off to another company named Primo Brands. Now I owe money for purchases I never made. Thank God I canceled my card. We loved the water but lately horrible service. Promises made and never kept on delivery dates on multiple occasions. Several weeks late last time. Finally gave up. Too bad the water's great.
