Very disappointed!! – I was very much looking forward to my visit, but immediately had a bad experience with the front door manager/attendant. Instead of saying, "Hi", our group of four (two couples) got "You have to wait outside". Eventually, he said we could wait at a smaller table while a table came available, but I had to about pull teeth out to get him to agree. STUCK UP – the drink had no alchol in it , was ignored for 20 min. might as well been in the dark room at faces in 1979. nice looking place needs new management and new employees.
Good drinks, HORRIBLE service – The drinks were OK - lots of variety but other than that nothing special. However, the service was the WORST service I have ever experienced and I would absolutely never go back there. We had a group together for a happy hour, but the group was spread out over multiple tables that were not pushed together. Great Place For a First Date. – One of the trendiest bars in the trendiest area of St. Louis. Quaint, elegant and relaxed at the same time. Quiet, place to have drinks, talk and get to know each other. Any dress is acceptable and all kinds of dress and people can be seen there. Oh yes, and the drinks are great and plentiful!
best martinis in st louis – I love this place when I lived in St Louis. Best selection of martinis and the staff has great service.
Slipped and in a free fall – The service and the martines were better when they first open. The staff and atmosphere seem to sparkle before but now seems to be a machine shop. Then The prices have climbed to the sky that they are using. Now they are nothing more that a south city bar at best. Then in the poor light atmosphere and poory dress staff too. The print on the menu was to small and with the over dimed or lack of lighting was hard to read or unreadable. (Bring Along You Wallet Owls You Will Need Them)
Yummy! – My friends and I have been here twice and we love the Godiva chocolate martini. As a matter of fact, we love three of them! Delish! I love the atmosphere and diverse crowd. Bartenders are friendly and so are the cocktail servers. Love it!
Great place!! – This is an adult place. They keep the crowd to the allotted fire code so that service doesn't suffer and so their servers can get to everyone without spilling every martini. The martinis are unbelievable and they are constantly dreaming up new ones......where else in this town do you find a bar that Skyy Vodka is their rail vodka. No hangover, unless of course you have 12 or so, but then who wouldn't. Don't be upset if you have to wait a little while to get in, the wait is worth it!!!
