I ordered a North Face jacket through them and asked to have my credentials added. There was no additional box to pay extra for it but there was an area in the order to enter your name and credentials. There was no credentialing, just the logo when it showed up almost three weeks after ordering. You're paying an exorbitant amount ($40) for them to add a logo on without credentialing, and there’s no clear communication about this on their website and no one reached out to clarify before sending. We can’t say enough good things about this embroidering company. Their work is consistently amazing and always completed in a timely manner. We’ve used them for multiple sports seasons, and every single time we’re impressed with the quality and attention to detail. Everything turns out exactly how we want it (or better!), and we always love the final result. Highly recommend!
