When you call, you're only able to speak to an AI receptionist. I scheduled an appointment for a home site visit / estimate for a ductless mini split, only to be stood up. I tried emailing the address listed to see if someone was coming, but no response. (And of course there's no human you can speak to on the phone when you call). Very disappointing and a waste of our time waiting all day for no one to come.
I couldn't recommend a higher quality heat pump mini split specialist. Will be recommending to all of my neighbors. Thanks again guys!
Greg and his team at Absolutely Specialized Mitsubishi removed our old furnace, reconfigured the ducts, and installed a new heat pump. The unit heats and cools exceptionally well! Greg explained the entire process and answered all of my questions. Once completed, he applied for the sizeable rebate on my behalf. I appreciated the professionalism shown by Greg and his team and highly recommend their service!
I recently had Absolutely Specialized service my HVAC system and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, they were professional, courteous, and efficient. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services, which I really appreciated.
