The service when I first went was great, but the reality fell flat. I was promised a proof of our shirts Monday the 30th, and that the shirt would be completed by today. Today, we are just receiving the proof, even after speaking with someone Thursday and Friday when promised a proof both days. I'm disappointed and as much as I looked forward to using this company in the future, I will take our services elsewhere.
