My experience was outstanding! As a visitor to Middletown, New York I was unfamiliar with the area. However, I needed baskets (4) gifts with a variety snacks( cookies, crackers, peanuts, candy, etc). Matt, whom I ordered from was super nice and accommodating. The baskets were beautiful and went beyond my expectations. They were delivered on time. I was amazed.! Ordered 2 dozen roses in 1 vase to be delivered to my girlfriends job. Flowers were absolutely beautiful. However, they sent her 2 different vases with a dozen roses in each…. It made it a bit difficult for my girlfriend to bring each vase to her car after work.

I was not happy with the flowers sent to my daughter 2 weeks ago. I asked to send a $75 vase of flowers and told florist to make them colorful. That was the only criteria. I figured I would let the florist do their thing. I said to add delivery on top of the $75. She got a vase of mums with several purple roses. When I called, I was told that the vase empty was $20 and the purple roses were $12 each. And that they had actually only charged me $65 plus delivery (not what I asked for). I ordered flowers for a co-worker. The first picture are the ones I ordered. My co-worker received the reddish vase first. I called and explained that this was not what I ordered. They re-delivered the second picture today. I am not a happy customer at all. I will not call again, and I will never order from here again.
