Amazing. I ordered flowers at 10:30pm to be sent to a loved one in the hospital. They open at 9am. A beautiful, perky little bouqet was in her room by 9:27am today. Less than ONE business hour. That's customer service!
Very disappointed with the flowers I received. I called a couple weeks in advance to see if I can get specific flowers for a bouquet for my daughter’s first birthday. I wanted Iris (which they said were out of season) asters or morning glories. I originally spoke with a man who said he’d call me back after checking if they can get those flowers.
