Unprofessional, bad customer service
So glad they’re back open and being very safe. After no massage or facial since February it was so nice to be back and have such a relaxing and wonderful experience. A must pamper and break for everyone even during these crazy times.

I was very displeased with the customer service. My daughter booked appointments for us both as a gift to me. She purchased from Group On. By the time we were able to find a time that we could both go together, a couple of months had passed. When we got to our appointment, they had double booked one of our appointments. We had received email confirmations of both of our appointments so we knew we were on the books. They let the other person keep their appointment.
