Requested a quote for mold removal. Said they would come March 20 between 12:30-1:00. Didn't show up. When I called that afternoon to ask why, they said they called to confirm we were home and got no answer. Yet I never got a phone call. They finally sent someone out, who said he had to come all the way from Valporaiso. He was a very nice guy and seemed extremely knowledgeable. He said we would have our quote within 24 hours.
