We've had quite a few (okay, alot) of issues with our AC over the past year - only because of it's age, not because it wasn't being fixed properly. Every time something has happened, we've reached out to G and he's been nothing short of a lifesaver. Our unit stopped working completely over Memorial Day weekend, but G still came out on the holiday to diagnose the problem and immediately start the process of getting a new one ordered.
