I nearly purchased a Toyota Alphard from this company but for the arrogance of the owner. Ended up going to North Star in Newport. Better service, amazing staff who remember me and which vehicle I purchased after 1 year when I went back for a service and MOT.
Poor experience, not open at time advertised, poor customer service. Very rushed and abrupt when enquiring, so gone somewhere else with better and more welcoming and professional communication.
