I don’t really know how they clean, but it’s an ABSOLUTE nightmare trying to schedule a house cleaning with these people. The guy on the phone, a LIMP THOMPSON, is very rude and absurd. He acted as if he were too busy to talk on the phone. He even stated, “YOU ARE WELCOME TO CALL ANOTHER CLEANING SERVICE…”. He then goes on to list the things that they do not clean. I do not recommend anyone calling such a business that would employ such a rude man.
They've been cleaning our house for over 2 years and we are consistently pleased with their work! Professional, on time, courteous, and a quality cleaning. I especially appreciate that they limit the chemicals used and utilize more natural cleaning products safe for our household. Would definitely recommend!
I've been using Absolutely Better Cleaning for about a year and am really happy with the service. I was looking for bi-weekly cleaning, and it was important to me to find a team that would be in and out pretty quick since I work from home. Not only are they efficient, but they are punctual and do a great job. The best part is they are incredibly friendly - they even go out of their way to pet my dog and call her by name. I'm always so happy to have them in my house!
The staff is always on time and so efficient! They’re also super sweet to my very hyper pup.
They do not answer the phone and very rude. The workers that they have lie about the services provided. They would not provide me with pictures of the work that was done stating that they deleted the photos after I payed $400. Find another cleaning company because this is not a very friendly or professional atmosphere.
