5-Star Experience! I had such a wonderful experience at Simply Essential with Kenya! I attended a body scrub-making class, and it was such a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Kenya was very attentive, hands-on, friendly, and knowledgeable. I wish the experience was like I read in all the reviews. We had email confirmation for 12pm today. We got there at 1145am n was told that they changed the time to 1pm and should come back at that time. We are not from Chicago so was disappointing. We came back at 1250pm. The lady who taught the class kept apologizing but we felt the person who made the appointment with me should had apologized. Ms Washington was the only and best part the experience.
