These guys are awesome! I had an issue, and the team troubleshot it with me before coming out for a charged visit, and without me even asking!. That shows integrity and they won my future business from there on!
I was worried about my washing machine breaking down, but this repair service saved the day! Excellent communication and top-notch repair work.
Called on Monday to make an appointment on Thursday. Someone showed up Wednesday morning but we were headed to work so nothing was done. Called them to confirm my Thursday appointment & left a message but no one called me back so I called them again. They finally answered & my appointment was not scheduled so they screwed up. I told them that I will call another reliable company.
Over the moon happy with how wonderful our experience was! (We’ve been having a difficult time with another contractor for a different appliance than what was serviced today). Our technician Xavier was phenomenal! Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. We are very pleased with the service/repair and would highly recommend this company to everyone!
