Kim and her staff take really good care of my fur babies. My cats come home so clean. Best place to take your animals.
Kim is the best with my dog, she's beyond kind to him and considerate of his feelings. I've never been more impressed by a groomer considering how frightened my dog is of most everyone
We are visiting Hemet and found this groomer near where we are staying. We have a standard Poodle, Stella, the service was prompt and she turned out beautiful; would use this groomer again absolutely.
worst place I've ever been to I won't be taking my dog back after my dog came home there was something wrong with it took him to the vet my dog have bruised ribs I'm out $40 for the grooming and over $200 for the veterinarian visit plus when we heard about this business from this side it said it took MasterCard it does not very happy with this business at all
Had an app at 400 for to cats to be groomedNo body there the door was locked signed said closed the hrs on the window said open till 5pmThey didn't even call to say sorry waited in car 10 min with a c onI didn't even want to give them 1 star but just wanted the public to know shabby business
My dog Luna is always well groomed and happy when I pick her up. Highly recommend!
I've been here a few time and the 1st couple of times she left my Shi Tzu so cute. After that Kim always seem to be in a hurry and has not done a good job on my dog. She has shaved her the last 2 times when I have told her I do not want her with short hair. I'm not sure if she even took her a bath because the hair from her ears are dull looking. I bring my dog here because it was closer to home. I will not be coming back here again.
We went to Kim the first time a month ago and she did a great job grooming our Shi Tzu and Lhsa Apso! When we picked them up, not only did they look adorable, but they were happy and relaxed! She takes great care of them and the products she uses are great; they smell awsome and our dogs don't itch like they do after getting groomed elsewhere. Thanks Kim!!
