I have already paid for the test and have not received any test kits or responses via email or phone for the past 2 weeks. I emailed multiple times and left messages on the phone (because they never answered!). Starting to think this is a scam!
Really good experience with Absolute DNA in Brisbane. The whole process was easy to follow and they explained everything clearly, including the wait time for results. Big plus that they offer tests like the FRAT test here in Australia – not something you can find easily. The team was friendly, helpful, and made everything pretty stress-free. Results took a bit of time, but that’s expected with this type of testing. Overall, very happy and would definitely recommend them 👍
Unable to get any response out of this organisation. Promised information has not been received. Tried for the last two weeks to contact this concern and no answer to any phone line on record or email address on record.

Now, we’ve also ordered the test. My friend’s results took over nine weeks to come back, but they were very satisfied with the accuracy when they arrived.
