Had basement crawl space 'water proofed' 3 years ago. Called them a year later due to experiencing the same issue as before. Took forever to call back after repeated calls to them. Bill came out and said he didn't know why I was having issues and he'd talk with staff. Never heard a word. They need to be out of business. All the old coot wanted to do when he came out was talk my ear off about how wonderful his kids were! No solutions.

This is not a good company they don't honor the lifetime warranty they refuse to talk to you about the issues with what they supposed had worked on my basement is still having problems and I paid them alot of money so I advise anyone to search for a better business 9

They do not honor their warranty. They stopped answering my calls and emails when I had proof of warranty and previous work done. They quoted an extremely high price to fix what their warranty covered. I went with another company who fixed it for significantly less, on short notice, and backed their repairs for life. The new company's work looked significantly better than what Absolute had done.
