Had Absolute come out do to our basement always getting a substantial amount of water in the spring time. While at the time of the inspection the crawlspace was also addressed. Since the crawlspace was the least of my worries I didn't let the office know about the crawlspace. It was brought to my attention all the dirt in the crawlspace was a huge problem with dust and smells in our home. We ended up having the crawlspace encapsulated and basement waterproofed.
