After 48 years our water heater stopped working. As we have insurance on our home appliances, we assumed this would not be an issue. (THAT's another story!) This is about Rick from Absolute. He arrived promptly and temporarily fixed our WH. Very pleasant and professional, even though I think he got pulled off another job to do ours. Once authorization was given, he returned punctually, installed a new water heater with true professionalism. I would certainly seek his services again in the future.
This company's employees do horrible work, are disrespectful to elders (my 82 year old mom), take advantage of the most vulnerable people in society and go into rooms where they have no work to do (meaning they probably steal from people). In addition, they show up whenever they please (no schedule), and they divide up (one talks to the homeowner, while the other wonders the house). Excellent and fast service! Had a home warranty claim and they were out the same day and completed the repairs in a hour. Will be coming back for future issues.
