We had a great stay in one of their Scottsdale properties! It’s a beautiful home, super clean, and they’re a very responsive host. We appreciated that they left a folder with local suggestions and instructions. Will definitely be booking again when we’re in town :)
I booked a stay at their Scottsdale location through Airbnb for a special occasion, and I was extremely disappointed. The home was not clean upon arrival — it smelled bad, the ceiling fans and vents were covered in thick dust, the baseboards and door frames were filthy, and part of the bathroom ceiling was falling apart. The grill was dirty inside and out, and the pool, which was a big part of why I chose this place, was unusable. I contacted the host right away to share my concerns and asked for a refund, but they declined.... read more
