The Black woman that works as a receptionist here is rude & aggressive. She has short hair, nose rings and she’s petite. I don’t know her name. I even looked on the directory here and didn’t see her name or picture to identify her. She doesn’t know how to talk to people and didn’t greet me when I walked in. Not sure if the assistant (“nurse”) is someone’s relative and thats why she’s hired or what. Has no clue how to take blood pressure. Told me my blood pressure was 180. ?!?! Has no clue how to even take temperature. She said my temperature was 98 and I was burning up. I came home and checked for myself, it was 101.3. I pray God protects you all and shields you from her malpractice. This place should be ashamed to hire incompetent staff.
The staff is always amazing. I have been going there for years and they are very friendly, thorough, and professional. I always feel relaxed and love how they explain the results. This is my go to place when I feel sick. Benedict always does a fantastic job every time I go in. He is amazing and I highly recommend him.
Started as urgent care visit and now my primary! Everyone is always so welcoming and kind. Donna is amazing. She takes her time with her patients and makes sure she has answered all your questions or concerns.
