i usually come here and have a good experience today was the complete opposite . from scheduling the appointment to walking out the door, i believe her name was ASHLEY , she does not need to be in the front talking to patients with an attitude , if im already feeling bad why would i want to deal with someone with an attitude ? making me feel like im incompetent or don’t understand english , somewhere that i have to give my money for a service and im being treated poorly , like im a problem 0/10 don’t recommend , i will be go... read more

I just got off a call with Betty and she so thoughtfully helped me navigate my primary care situation. I am so grateful for Absolute Urgent Care and Betty.
First off, Debbie at the front counter was amazing! She got me right in and was very helpful. I did see Aubrey and she was very attentive and got me fixed right up. Thank you
The staff here are excellent. I want to give a special shout out to Betty the receptionist. She is kind, patient, and compassionate. She even took the time to understand my crazy insurance plan. It was a pleasure meeting her today.
