Not the place anyone should take their vehicle! They had my truck for a full YEAR. They are the type of company to tell you your vehicle will be done at the end of the week then proceed to straight up ignore your phone calls when trying to get the updates. I got a million different excuses from them as well on why it wouldn’t be done. I had full patience and respect for them at first and all they did was abuse that. NOT TO MENTION ITS NOT FULLY FIXED! I only utilize them for my vehicles. Originally took my Powerstroke to Full Throttle in Granite City cause it was smoking real bad. They said EGR was needing replaced. Paid them $2.4k to do it. Got truck back, drove for less than 5 days and it was smoking bad again. Took it to Absolute Truck and Auto and they were immediately like “uh, your radiator is blown… that’s why there’s white everywhere… it’s coolant.” They fixed the issue and did it at a reasonable cost.
