I only utilize them for my vehicles. Originally took my Powerstroke to Full Throttle in Granite City cause it was smoking real bad. They said EGR was needing replaced. Paid them $2.4k to do it. Got truck back, drove for less than 5 days and it was smoking bad again. Took it to Absolute Truck and Auto and they were immediately like “uh, your radiator is blown… that’s why there’s white everywhere… it’s coolant.” They fixed the issue and did it at a reasonable cost. I have taken my car to Absoulte Truck Repair several times! They are very professional, knowledgeable and reliable honest people! They got my car fixed and back to me in a timely manor and I didn’t spend an arm and leg! I recommend them to others all the time!
Took our truck in to be repaired, got it back and it ran for one week and stopped running so once again took it back charged us over $800 to swap out two batteries told us it was fixed and to pick it up, next day didn’t start so now we are out over $2000 and truck is still not running… he said he would come by to look at it and never showed he is a liar and a cheat!!! Clearly knows nothing about diesel trucks!!!!
Truck keeps breaking down ever since i had them do my standpipes. Horrible service, they charged me $130 for an hour of labor to replace 2 batteries that were on top of the engine (20 minute labor time), and another $160 for diag on a warranty job, got the truck back and it did not start the next day, called them and said they would come look at it, never showed up, everyone i’ve talked to about this shop said that they’re a scam, if i could give this review 0 stars i would, such a huge money grab
