Did a good job cutting down three trees in my backyard - stumps were levelled to the ground and yard was tidied up after (branches etc removed). They were professional and efficient even with the hot weather. Also gave great tips on “killing” the tree stumps too. Fred, Sam and team were also quick with their responses. Super easy to communicate with

Very poor customer service. After taking the job, communication dropped off completely, and follow-up questions were either ignored or answered vaguely. The team showed up unprepared and did not explain what they were doing or why. I would not use this company again based on the lack of professionalism alone.
