First phone call was them selling me something for $79 dollars for basically maintenance insurance. After saying NO three times, we weren't getting anywhere. So I said fine, whatever. It still cost me $79 for them to look (trip fee). Before I knew it, I was signed up for a yearly policy at $79 a year, every year for life. They can pull money out of you but in reality that can't pull a twig.
