A day passed & I didn’t receive a call , so I called again . He told me he forgot & said he would look into it & call me back . Another day passed with no call , so I calledd third time . I recently purchased jaguar plotter. Had great experience. Knowledge able staff. Helped me decide what plotter would be best for me. I highly recommend them for any plotter and printer machines.
