The ink they sold me RUINED my HP LaserJet printer. When I brought the leaking cartridge in, they just looked at me and asked if I wanted to buy ink from another brand. I printed 100 cleaning pages. No dice. I've since thrown the thing out and bought a printer from another brand. I will never EVER buy anything from this company again.
Really good service All staff is nice i spent almost 6 hours the owner is very nice he explained me everything.
We recently purchased a graphic machine from Shai for our team, and the entire experience was excellent! From the initial communication to the final purchase, Shai was professional, helpful, and made everything very easy. The machine is exactly what we were looking for, and we’re extremely happy with the quality and service. Highly recommended Shai to anyone looking for great equipment and an even better buying experience!
