Todd Parker is an absolute Gem . Your company is very lucky to have him. He smoothed out every bump I had encountered before I got to the closing. He did everything possible to make my closing efficient and a pleasurable experience . Todd truly puts the customer first not just in a slogan but in real action . If I buy anything else or a member of my family or friends do , I will tell them to request Absolute title and ask for Todd to be the closing agent . He is a ten star so give him two five stars for me . .

We cannot say enough good things about our attorney and title service, Victoria Horan was amazing. She was incredibly thorough, responsive, and kept us informed every step of the way. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel organized and calm. Every question we had was answered quickly and clearly, and we always felt like we were in good hands. I was rudely asked if I even had the money for the wire, then harassed when the wire was delayed by the bank. Vey unprofessional. Would not recommend.
