So Sad!! Met with Bob Spring of ‘25. He assured me he would assist with my back taxes in making all the contacts and negotiations on my behalf! Since meeting with Bob, he has passed me onto another lady in the office to reply to my NUMEROUS emails and phone calls. Leading me on to believe that he was working on them! The worst professional firm I have ever dealt with. Weeks with no response. No one seems to care you business in limbo while constantly making excuses or passing you off to someone else in the office who still will not get back to you. Do not waste your time dealing with them1
