We found their personnel both at Corporate HQ (Help Desk, Alarm Center) and Local Service (Justin, Melissa and Robert) to be helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. We are so pleased with our recently installed upgraded system and the camera setup is so easy to use and monitor on our phones. Very pleased with all aspects of our relationship with Absolute Systems. We highly recommend them.

We are very satisfied long time clients of Absolute Systems. We found their personnel both at Corporate HQ (Help Desk, Alarm Center) and Local Service (Justin, Melissa and Robert) to be helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Robert worked very hard to install our upgraded alarm system trying to utilize as much of the old infrastructure (22yo!) as much as possible. He then gave us a tutorial on the new system. Quite different from the old but we found it easy to use after his explanations. Good people to do business with.

I don't usually write reviews but Justin and team did a great job. The installation, troubleshooting (related to our wifi system) and on-time arrivals were all appreciated.
