I LOVE THIS GYM! I have found an amazing supportive community here, we encourage and elevate one another every day. Rob is a tremendous coach, tailoring the work to each of our abilities and quirks. I go every day it’s open, i could not survive without my daily mood boost and therapy sessions:D-ha! The workouts are efficient and scalable, absolutely anyone can do them. Best gym experience ever. Been a loyal member now for 6 years and I haven't ever considered going anywhere else. Rob and team are the best at making it an inclusive, fun and challenging environment for ALL levels.
Personally I think it's awesome they have all the equipment I could ever think of using and it has a beautiful view of the beach a wonderful place for me to clear my mind
