Nichole was very helpful. She showed me the units I wanted to see and even assisted me with showing my mom via FaceTime. She made sure it was a easy and smooth process. Thankful for have had her to assist me.
Service was excellent and very straightforward, and facilities are very clean and accessible. Would highly recommend.
I had a problem with my lock, and bubbly Andrea was very helpful in working with me to get it working. She is what customer service should be, everywhere.
