I have been dealing with Absolute Storage for a few years now they recently got new management and they're doing a great job! The ladies at both locations will go far and beyond to help and satisfy their customer's. Have to say their the best in Conway!!
We are storing our camper at the John Mason Drive location. Tami and staff were very helpful with all my questions. The facility is clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. For camper trailers storing under covered it's a little tricky where they have the key pad yellow bumpers on the inside, but we've figured it out how to navigate through those so far. The facility feels safe and secure for our needs! :)
I was a customer for 10 plus years and noticed my bill kept increasing every six months. I called and inquired about the increase and the staff informed me that bc the company is now a corporate company and not local their standard policy is to increase every six months. I started around $75/85 a month and ended at $140. Also, I moved out over a weekend and Monday was a holiday, as well as the start of a new month.
