I selected 4 vendors to bid my request for cleaning ceramic tile/grout/sealing - it's been 20 years since moving in. I have no idea how he has received a 5 star. From the moment he spoke when we met was all false. He told me the product that he was going to use on my stonework was extremely difficult to get and only a professional could buy it, and only in Arizona... LIE! Amazon sells it and local paint stores as well. He told me how he was going to apply it, then I watched him and when I questioned him he said it's supposed to be applied this way... Terrible job, absolutely horrible. He was supposed to match the grout to the stone color and as you can see he used bright white…. Pathetic workmanship
We had absolute stone come and clean up some work by another contractor. They also cleaned our tile floors. The floors sparkle and the countertop is so much better. Highly recommend! On time, on budget, and super friendly!
