The technicians came in and got right to doing the jobs, they were very nice, they greeted me at the door and asked was there a specifics areas of concern, they tackled those first, the pet smell was gone and several spot that I could never get out "red stains", thank you I will definitely use them again
I had 3 room done and they were very nice and professional, the carpets cleaners were very cautious of my furniture and personal property
