Called Absolute on 9 18 25 and left a message. Maria called back less than 2 minutes later. Told her what I needed and within the hour their sales rep Jason called me back. Several hours later he came to my house, provided me with his professional opinion on what size whole house generator I needed. Maria was so easy to work with & helpful in setting up a generator maintenance contract & service. The technician, Seth, was very polite, took pictures for the potentially recalled piece, as well as the card I got from Generac, and explained everything. Update: They have serviced our generator every year. Seth has been the tech every time. It's so nice to see the same person every time, especially since hes so competent. They are also honest. Absolute Energy Solutions is an excellent company and we are very pleased with the installation and service of the generator and the power spike equipment they installed. Their service is also spot on.
