Entire process was on time, professional and friendly...great team to work with!
Customer service was excellent from time of agreement through installation of our Generac generator. The crew who installed arrived on time and completed the installation within projected time-frame. Installers were very respectful to not track in dirt or mud the day they installed. They worked very efficiently to assure the outage time of both electricity and natural gas was not lengthy, very much appreciated as our home heat natural gas.
Great people to work with. We live in an area that loses power 15-20 times per year for extended periods . They installed a 40 KW unit that has worked perfectly and did extensive rewiring in our home all in one day. I highly recommend them.
Called Absolute on 9 18 25 and left a message. Maria called back less than 2 minutes later. Told her what I needed and within the hour their sales rep Jason called me back. Several hours later he came to my house, provided me with his professional opinion on what size whole house generator I needed. Maria was so easy to work with & helpful in setting up a generator maintenance contract & service. The technician, Seth, was very polite, took pictures for the potentially recalled piece, as well as the card I got from Generac, and explained everything. Update: They have serviced our generator every year. Seth has been the tech every time. It's so nice to see the same person every time, especially since hes so competent. They are also honest.
