In April of 2023 I went to Absolute Smiles w two tooth aches. I saw Dr Saito & she told me I had an infected molar on the left & 2 cracked ones on the right and I needed 2 crowns on the cracked ones. I was going out of town until June & Saito gave me medication. In June I saw her & she prepared me for the crowns. When I got home I started having the worst pain I have ever experienced. I went in for a standard yearly cleaning and x-rays. The experience was great, but they did not give me my bill after. Seeing as how my insurance covers 100% of preventative services, I assumed this was because I did not owe anything. Turns out, it was because they gave me additional, unasked for x-rays which are not included in a general cleaning and x-Ray package, and then sent me a bill for them via mail… when I called the front desk, thinking it was a mistake, they told me to check with my insurance. Staff was awesome, ready for my appointment. The reminders via email are very helpful . Hygienist was personable yet worked quickly and gave me time to “ relax my jaw”. (Keeping your jaws open for an extended period of time is painful .. ). I received a request from the dentist for addional work ( cavity ) which was monitored for the past year . Since x rays were taken today , it would have been nice for the dentist to “ show me a picture “ of the problem tooth ..since the technology is available ..

Dr. Tim Farney is always friendly and quite competent in all that he does. Do not allow him to retire, ever! Tammy Frazier is the most thorough hygienist ever and never misses a thing that the dentist needs to know.
