Unprofessional owner. Lack accountability and never take responsibility when they are at fault. Just read some of the pompous responses from the owner.
If you want youre eyebrows butchered comd here. This person was so obviously not trained. And if i'm paying twenty four dollars to get my eyebrows waxed , I expect them to be even , and I expect them to look good , which I got neither. Like she literally ruined my brows and had your audacity to ask if I liked it???
My stylist, Cynthia, gave me a great cut, and the highlighting was perfect. I will definitely be returning.
