I Have been coming here for 3 years . Before they moved to a bigger shop they were great. What happened . The owner started not caring about anything but more money so she could quit and retire . I had a appt. For tomorrow for MASSAGE no notice or anything that she quit. Will miss Cynthia for my hair and Ginger who was awesome . Big turnover in staff over several months. Oh my gosh I just had an appointment here and it was absolutely amazing. I saw Brenda and boy does she know her stuff. What an excellent Stylist who was also an instructor and was full of helpful information for me as well. This place is great and the Owners were so warm and welcoming. I went there for pedicure and the person did a very sub standard job. Did not properly trim or shape my toenails. Did not manage my cuticles and did a very poor job removing my calluses because she used too fine of a file board and spent just a little time doing it. The entire pedicure lasted only 25 minutes and we all know that a good pedicure should take 45 minutes plus. The pressure was so light I could barely feel the calf and foot massage that was extra. My hair was over processed too many highlights completely dried out like straw with fly aways from over processed blow drying with a cheap conair blow dryer on too high heat. No time or offer to do deep conditioning treatment over booked more worried about her other clients yet overcharged me $180 for extremely damaged hair for Easter Sunday.
