I can't recommend this company highly enough. I asked for info online to get started, they were in touch within minutes and one of the plumbers was at my house within a few hours. 2 hours after that, my problem was fixed inside a budget I was totally prepared for, very reasonable. He had to think outside the box a bit for my living situation but once he wrapped his head around what the issue was, he was on top of it. My water heater failed the week before Christmas. Great timing, right?! Kareem was easy to reach and was out to look at and bid a replacement the same day. Ran into a problem with installation but but he was diligent and stayed with it. All worked out and I'm very satisfied with the results. As a side note, I'm the type of person that normally does things like this myself. I had a very positive experience with Absolute Rooter and Plumbing. They were super responsive, came out on the weekend after Thanksgiving to clear my backed-up sewer line. Then they were back out the next day to dig up and replace the old pipe. They worked with me on what I was able to do financially at the moment and were incredibly kind, respectful, and I believe I received a very fair price for the work done.
