Unfortunately, I’m not sure the techs here cared too much about me or my vehicle. We dropped over $2000 for a valve cover leak problem on my 6.5 turbo just to be made worse, and continue to leak. They were almost leading us to believe that the blow by on the engine was so bad that we couldn’t even put a catch can in. Very professional mechanics and very respectful people. They truly take care of the drivers. The truckers’ lounge is comfortable, offering free soda, coffee, and snacks. The facility is clean, and the staff works quickly and efficiently. Everything went smoothly, and the experience was awesome. Thank you to the team for helping and showing great respect to truckers!
I'm very happy with the service I received from Merx Truck & Trailer I highly recommend this shop. I had issues with my class A motor home. I had to leave it overnight that they a loud me to plug it in to keep my refrigerator running. Very accommodating.
Great guys . We did coolant tank and needed kingpins. Done . They were upfront what is needed and what will be cost . So everything was done quick and affordable
