Without one doubt when I walked into Absolute Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine was one the best care facilities that helped me bring my pain under control. With the absence of Ray Ketcham Chief Nurse Practitioner who took wonderful care of my pain control has been replaced by a new Nurse Practitioner Nicole Brown which I found quite disappointing to say the least for she did not comprehend the value of my trust. When Ray was there I felt safe and secure because he really cared about my health and pain where I suffer from a 24/7 non-stop migraine headache for the last 10 months and six days. Dr. Steve's staff and Nurse Practitioners were exceptional, particularly when Ray was involved in patient care. Ray was deeply engaged with my pain management and other services, providing me with valuable referrals and suggestions. Since his departure, the quality of care has significantly declined. The new provider exhibits a judgmental attitude, lacking empathy and consideration for her patients' needs.
