Hello Guys. Please don't believe this agency. They are totally frauds. When you guys are being with property condition report, need to be very careful all the information and documents. Take all photos when you are getting the first day key. They won't allow you to say more than 11 months. When you are renting that period they won't look after you well mannered. So end of the date they will give more painful and stressful. Please Pleas Becareful with this Guys. Today I am going to lodge the complaint against legally. So
Worst real estate guys ever met, Did not provide proper furniture most of the furniture were broken and there was electricity and plumbing problems never fixed it. We did lease 27A Beveridge st, Bentley, WA property and never came for property inspection and did not provide proper property condition report...
Actually They are the worst-est Real State Agents i met.They dont answer their phones they don't even Care. Think twice if you are going to rent or buy from Them.
