If you love poor communication, ignorance and incompetence, this is the agency for you. I had to fight tooth and nail to get my bond back, even though it was blatantly obvious that they hand no right to keep it. They made me go through a lengthy tribunal process to get it back, and were sly and deceptive throughout. I would rather sh in my hands and clap than deal with them again.

Absolute Real Estate?? Absolute NIGHTMARE!! These guys will drain you of your bond for the most unreasonable, ridiculous things. Doesn't take long to find the exact same story from other tenants online about these guys. Avoid avoid avoid.
