Maria was proactive in researching the market and providing up to date information about prices, buyers, etc. Maria handled the whole process on my behalf while I was overseas. This included taking over after the lease ended, liaising with contractors to fix defects and make the property appealing and modern. She regularly kept me updated with costs, timelines and buyer expectations. She negotiated a good outcome skilfully and I am so glad I chose Absolute Real Estate to sell the property.

WARNING: I’ve been working in the real estate industry for over 15 years and this is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. It’s my first time renting in a long while, and I strongly advise against going through this agency. Has anyone else heard of a water bill for four months totalling $1,186? Avoid Natasha at all costs. My household and I had a terrible experience with her during our tenancy at Absolute Real Estate NT. She is extremely manipulative and consistently lied about the condition of the property. Worse, she misrepresented our communication, lying about how often we contacted the office to resolve issues.
