Absolute Quality has absolutely knocked it out of the park. They did an amazing job on my son’s letterman’s jacket. We’ve been back three times to add patches and each time has been a great experience. The team is kind, professional, and the quality of their work is outstanding. We had a great experience getting my daughter's letter jacket with Absolute Quality. Scheduling the fitting appointment and pickup appointment via the website and follow-up text messages was super easy and convenient. They were completely upfront and communicative about the cost and exact placement and look of everything on the jacket. They also did 3 custom patches that turned out exactly how we envisioned them. Called to ask some questions about the process and to make sure they had the correct colors for a school letterman and gentleman that answered was rude, sarcastic, and a total jerk. Will never consider this company again based on the customer service alone!
