Called to ask some questions about the process and to make sure they had the correct colors for a school letterman and gentleman that answered was rude, sarcastic, and a total jerk. Will never consider this company again based on the customer service alone!
Absolute quality was amazing to work with. From the start they provided an easy experience, from scheduling the initial meeting and planning of the jacket to receiving the jacket. The jacket came out so good! Definitely 5 stars from us. Our son will get to wear this jacket for the rest of this year and the next two years of high school. I'm glad we chose absolute quality for our son's letterman jacket.

We are beyond happy with our girls jackets. My girls are aww over them. We were anxiously waiting, and when we saw them we couldn’t believe how amazing they looked; and the quality is the best! There’s absolutely nothing that we would change and we definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for making my girls so happy! A year later, and still so happy and satisfied with their jackets.
