I called and also made an appointment online. Now, mind you, it’s difficult to get Septic service from any company on the weekend. They called me back, saying the earliest they can come out was next day between 8-10 on a Monday morning. It was great, because other places I called were closed, or put me out a few days. Then, someone else called me back again and said they could come out within an hour. Two gentlemen came out, got right to it, and took care of business. Absolutely do not recommend using this company! They failed to act in good faith, disrespected me and my property. After I reported the issues and suggested a possible restitution; the owner called me up in a very hostile manner and insulted me while dismissing the validity of my concerns as legitimate.
Destroyed parts of our concrete driveway and refused to take accountability. Then the boss started to argue with us and was just all around a rude person. I would not hire these people under any circumstance especially if you value the condition of your driveway or landscape.
These guys are absolutely fantastic! On time and had the job done fast!
I called and got a next day appointment, they showed up on time and was very honest and professional to work with. I highly recommend Absolute pumping!!!
