Just wanted to say that this company tried telling us that something costed thousands more than what it really needed. They were blatantly trying to scam us knowing that our situation is hard so very unfortunate on their part to try to take advantage of their potential clients. We didn’t end up getting the service and got some honest people to actually tell us the issue which was significantly less. Hope this helps anyone so that they don’t fall for this and saves them the extra trouble.

I called and also made an appointment online. Now, mind you, it’s difficult to get Septic service from any company on the weekend. They called me back, saying the earliest they can come out was next day between 8-10 on a Monday morning. It was great, because other places I called were closed, or put me out a few days. Then, someone else called me back again and said they could come out within an hour. Two gentlemen came out, got right to it, and took care of business. Absolutely do not recommend using this company! They failed to act in good faith, disrespected me and my property. After I reported the issues and suggested a possible restitution; the owner called me up in a very hostile manner and insulted me while dismissing the validity of my concerns as legitimate.
