Dr Iozzi and Team are Exceptional. I have been a patient of Dr Iozzi's for 20 years. He and his staff are the best. They are caring, attentive, informative, knowledgeable and effective. In comparison to other friends and families stories and experiences regarding health care, Absolute Primary Care is the best. They have grown tremendously since I started visiting, and have constantly on boarded additional educated staff to maintain the personal care for each patient. Happy This is absolutely a wonderful practice! I would recommend them to anyone, I've read some of the other reviews and they were unhappy with some of the outside staff. I have never had a problem, the staff is attentive, they return phone calls and appointments are made asap. They take care of my whole family, and my husband has numerous medical conditions.
Very Bad Experience Horrible billing problems with Dr Iozzi's office. I was sent a collections notice for an unknown "procedure" with NO PRIOR billing. Absolute Primary Care was not helpful and referred me to the billing company. The billing company had only a voice mail message. The collections notice and voice mail message stated that no phone calls would be taken or returned. I found all of this to be very disturbing and highly unprofessional. we will never go back Billing never return calls, I asked them to fax my papers to my specialist before my surgery and they forget about you so i had to cancel my surgery date. Good DRs but Bad service
Quick to see you; needs to assign pcp promptly after one leaves What I appreciate about Absolute Primary Care is the promptness with which I can be seen when I need care quickly, the proximity it had to my previous home in Cranberry (I moved recently but still have family in the area), and their willingness to handle prescription refills quickly.
